Job Description

    As a Data Product Manager, you will own end-to-end product goals and roadmap for certain domains and be responsible for marketing and monetization products. You will work alongside our business teams to understand business goals, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups, and guide the team through key milestones.
    This role will require a high level of cross-functional collaboration and a successful candidate will be highly analytical, strategic, able to work extremely effectively in a semi-structured environment.
    Your responsibilities:
    1. Responsible for the Data Product planning, designing, and output with the product development plan, managing product feature prioritization, and the overall product delivery with the tech team
    2. Proactively lookout for opportunities and pain points in the User Growth operations process and build data product solution with quantifiable business impact
    3. Able to work closely with product operation team and various stakeholder groups to design the product commercial mode solution and deliver the product operation plan for some of our key partners
    4. Strong data sensitivity and able to monitor the product performance data, analyze it and keep consistent optimization on the products to get a friendly and better user experience.
    5. Familiar with data analysis product such as google analytics/tableau / power bi, hands-on experience in at least one of the tools is preferred
    6. Knowledgeable in at least one of user growth-related domain, such as new user acquisition, customer retention, paid ads etc

Requirements

    1. More than 3 years of experience in product management/operations, data analytics, and consulting. Candidates with advanced SQL skills and a good understanding of technical concepts are preferred.
    2. Good business acumen. Demonstrated track record of translating unstructured business requirements into product features that deliver business impact.
    3. Familiar with the product design and development processes and experience in delivering Demo and PRD with high quality.
    4. Bias towards action and result-oriented.
    5. Team player with good communication skills and a profound willingness to collaborate internally and externally.
