Job Description

    1. Responsible for planning new features to support the revenue of the game. Research the commercial value of users, and implement business plans based on players' scenario analysis and insights;
    2. Work closely with the game development team and the regional operation team. Respond quickly to the needs of gamers. Provide support according to changes in service operation strategies;
    3. Analyze the commercial trend and commercial model of market products, as well as market distribution trends. Output applicable new commercialization solutions based on actual player needs;
    4. Proactively diagnose and discover business monetization problems. Able to conduct data mining and model exploration based on complex business issues, and output methods and business solutions;
    5. In-depth study of business models and analysis of business drivers to establish a core indicator system for products. Monitor and analyze data indicators to discover existing problems and product opportunities in overseas games.

Requirements

    1. More than 3 years' experience in commercializing products and independently responsible for the establishment of the business model of the entire business line. Experience in commercializing international products is a plus;
    2. Have a good commercial judgment, market insight and logical thinking;
    3. Good communication and cooperation skills. Good teamwork and ownership spirit;
    4. Have a passion towards game industry is a good plus.
